Oxana, deeply inspired by French living during her time in Paris, envisioned bringing that experience to the USA. Together, Oxana and Karim have always shared their love and moments through food, aspiring to bring it to family, friends and the community through LPP.
Michelin trained chef Karim was born and raised in Paris, with over 25 years of international restaurant experience spanning cities like Paris, Vancouver, New York, London, Guadalajara, and Miami.
His culinary journey includes diverse roles, from Joint Venture Partner for Panera Bread and Paul Bakery to owning and operating several restaurants including Bistro 1902, The Ships Galley, Le Bureau, and a crêperie business in Mexico.
