LPP, founded by wife and husband Oxana and Karim, embodies a celebration of French cuisine and the appreciation of the French “art de vivre” that Karim and Oxana have long lived by and promoted in the USA.
Le Petit Poussin Café is a modern French café specializing in serving a high-quality Parisian-inspired menu and specialty coffees celebrating top-quality provisions and local ingredients.
LPP is deeply rooted in the French way of life, where food takes a central place in the culture. The “art de vivre“ is the main LPP cornerstone.

Oxana de castro
Founder and CEO of LPP
Oxana, deeply inspired by French living during her time in Paris, envisioned bringing that experience to the USA. Together, Oxana and Karim have always shared their love and moments through food, aspiring to bring it to family, friends and the community through LPP.
Karim Laitaoui
Founder and COO of LPP
Michelin trained chef Karim was born and raised in Paris, with over 25 years of international restaurant experience spanning cities like Paris, Vancouver, New York, London, Guadalajara, and Miami.
His culinary journey includes diverse roles, from Joint Venture Partner for Panera Bread and Paul Bakery to owning and operating several restaurants including Bistro 1902, The Ships Galley, Le Bureau, and a crêperie business in Mexico.
